I came across essaymama.com during one of my random internet searches and after going through their reviews, I decided to order a paper from them. I have used a few other writing companies for my assignments but most of them have ended up disappointing me so I hoped that essaymama would be different. Well, I have to admit that I was neither disappointed nor blown away. My experience was just okay. Let us go ahead and break down this essaymama.com review down.

In the essaymama.com reviews that I came across, the reviewers really praised the quality of the papers they got but I guess everyone’s standards are different. The quality of my paper was not bad but it wasn’t that great either. It was what you could term as alright. I have gotten worse quality papers but I have also gotten better.

I cannot say that the service I got from essaymama.com was bad but I cannot also go on record in this review and say that the service was great. The quality of work was okay and it was delivered a few hours before the deadline so there is still a lot of room for improvement. In the reviews that I came across, they were full of praise for the services they got from essaymama so I guess I went in with high expectations.
Pricing 6
The pricing in essaymama is done according to the deadline of your paper. The sooner you want it the more you pay and vice versa. Personally, I wanted it in 14 days so I was charged 17$ per page which is a fair price, but unlike other writing companies, they have no discounts for new clients. They only offer 10% discounts to return customers and that is just about it.

For the sake of this review, I decided to test the response rate of the support team since it had so many positive reviews and I have to say it was not too bad. They responded, yes, but they did take a little bit of time before responding. I had to wait 2 days before I got a response for a simple query. I did not want to imagine myself in a situation where I had an urgent issue that needed to be resolved immediately. Although this is definitely not as bad as not getting a response at all, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the customer support department.
Delivery 6
In all the essaymama.com reviews I came across, there was not a single negative review of their delivery. This was actually what attracted me to try them out. My paper was delivered on the day of the deadline so I have no complaints about that. I ran the paper through a plagiarism checker which I always do after I had a bad experience with another writing company. The paper was not plagiarized which was a great relief so generally, the delivery was above average.

Ordering from essaymama.com was an average experience for me. It was a relief that the paper I got was not plagiarized and that the quality was good. I also did not have to break the bank to pay for it since the price was fair. It would, however, be better if they could come up with a discount for new clients. The customer support was helpful since they gave me a detailed answer to my query but they did take their time before answering. This is something that can be improved on by ensuring that their response rate is a bit faster. My overall experience was not bad but it could definitely have been better.
